Terms of order
Due to the hand made nature of our furniture and the techniques used by our suppliers, some variations in material, appearance and design is to be expected between pieces of furniture and also between individual parts of them. This is part of the unique character of the furniture and the sale takes place on that basis and with that express understanding. Such variations are not defects but reflect the individual nature of each piece of furniture.
All sales are final. Full payment must be received for all goods prior to delivery /collection. No refunds will be given for soiled or damaged goods in respect of faults which have been indicated at the time of sale.
I authorise my credit/debit card to be charged with the outstanding balance.
Damage or loss in transit: any damage or loss occurring during transport should be notified to us upon receipt of the goods.
Pre-arranged deliveries which are returned to our warehouse as undeliverable will be subjet to a re-delivery charge.
Deliveries are to ground floor only.
We endeavour to make all deliveries within the shortest possible period. However, any stated delivery times are only estimated and delivery periods may be longer on occasion.
We do not guarantee our furniture against defects when placed in conservatories or extremes of temperature.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
